Undeniably a beautiful hotel to stay in. A great display of elegance and class. The hotel room that my husband and I stayed in was wonderfully beautiful. There was a large bed, bathroom, flat screen tv and the view that cam be seen outside was breathtaking. The food was exceptional as well as the service of the staff that were very friendly and accommodating towards the guest. I highly recommend The Peninsula Chicago!

This is the best hotel I have ever been to. I would/will definitely go back. The rooms are AMAZING and the staff are excellent. The rooms are very modern with electronics everywhere. I highly recommend a stay at there. Centrally located to great restaurants and shopping. Absolutely fantastic experience.

The hot stone massage at the spa is out of this world! So relaxing. I got the 90 minute and it relieved every knot. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and completely stress free.

Centrally located near the main shopping street and shops. Grand lobby. Slightly outdated but still well maintained. Breakfast is a la carte which works well if the service is quick. This was not the case and you should expect to spend an hour for breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place! Definitely and 5 Star 5 Diamond Hotel! The staff is professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to take care of the guests! Everyone here is treated like a VIP!
